Tribunal does not have jurisdiction over harassment claim
The Applicant, Leanne Hudson Hopkins, a former strata council member and owner of one of the strata lots, alleged that the strata corporation failed to repair parts of the common property and failed to address flooding damage in the backyard, which she claimed to have repaired at her own expense. She also alleged that the strata corporation harassed her regarding an approved fence installation in that area.
The CRT dismissed all claims while finding that the repairs were completed properly and that the harassment claim was outside its jurisdiction.
