Owner not responsible for damages from leaks
The Strata Corporation alleged that the owner was responsible for damage to the common property resulting from two plumbing leaks.
The Tribunal held that the leaks in question were not proven to be the result of any act or omission of the owner or the owner’s tenant. The Tribunal dismissed the claims.
