Security light constituted a nuisance

The Tribunal found that a security light shining into a unit and backyard created an unreasonable nuisance under s. 117(2)(b) of the Condominium Act. The corporation was ordered to engage an electrical contractor to mitigate the nuisance and to pay $150 in tribunal fees to the applicant. No further compensation was awarded.
