Tribunal orders that pets be removed
The corporation sought to enforce its no-pet policy against a tenant keeping a dog and cats. The tenant provided unauthentic medical notes to justify the dog as an emotional support animal. The Tribunal ordered the removal of all pets and ordered the Respondents (the tenant and owner of the unit, jointly and severally) to pay $4,200 for in-CAT costs.
