Corporation properly provided requested list of owners and mortgagees. However, the Corporation was nevertheless ordered to provide an improved version.
The Tribunal concluded that the record supplied (the list of owners and mortgagees) was not inadequate, but was “sloppy”. Accordingly, the corporation was ordered to provide a properly formatted list within 30 days and to include a statement regarding any mortgagee information. The Tribunal declined to impose a penalty but awarded the Applicant $200 for her filing costs.
