Appeal dismissed. Board Minutes were adequate
The court dismissed an appeal from the Condominium Authority Tribunal regarding the adequacy of board meeting minutes, affirming that the standard for such records is accuracy. Minutes are considered sufficient if they accurately record the business transacted in order to reasonably inform owners of the decisions, rather than to provide an exhaustive transcript of discussions.

Both parties agree on the general legal standard for minutes as outlined in prior Tribunal cases: the standard is accuracy, not perfection; and the minutes should have enough detail to inform owners, so that they understand what decisions are made and the rationale behind them, including financial implications…
